Tabata core workout

  • 1 minute of each exercise, 20 second rest

  1. Sitting knee tuck

  2. Sitting scissor kicks

  3. Dolphin kicks 

  4. Hip dip swivel

  5. Side plank oblique crunch (switch side at 30 seconds)

  6. Hollow rock

  7. Single leg toe touches

  8. Reverse plank kicks

  9. Dead bugs

  10. Flutters
