ABOUT

Thermopylae Fitness was created to provide a unique fitness experience, and the exercise training to back it up, to youth athletes from around the world.

The goal of Thermopylae Fitness is to create a unique experience that prepares our athletes to conquer any obstacle, develop team work and hone their ability to persevere.

Teaching and learning are not only our passions, but a defining aspect of our lives. Even with many years of professional experience, we continue seeking ways to expand our knowledge so we can provide the best support to our athletes.

Thermopylae was a great school sport that welcomed everyone at every level.  It gave me new skills, friendships and a drive for physical fitness.  Even though I could hardly walk the next day, Thermopylae kept me active, healthy and led to new experiences!
