Find a set of stairs.
3 Rounds
2 Stair Runs (run up the stairs and then walk back down)
10 per side Stair Lunges (rear foot up on stairs and do an elevated lunge)
10 Incline Push Ups (hands on stairs, feet on floor)
10 Stair Squat Jumps
10 Decline Push Ups (hands on floor, feet on stairs)
10 Stair Bench Dips
