Easy day today:


15 Minutes EMOM (Every Minute on the Minute)

That means that you complete the following exercises each minute for 15 minutes. If you finish early, don't start the next round until the next minute starts. Instead, use that time for a quick rest.


10 Push Ups

10 Squats

10 Jumping Jacks
