Tempo Challenge
Squats to the Song - BRING SALLY UP
Start at the bottom of a squat position. Each time "Bring Sally Up" is said, raise the body up to a standing position. Each time "Bring Sally Down" is said, lower back to the bottom of the squat position. There are times after the chorus when they lengthen the regular chorus. During these times you hold the bottom of the squat position until the next "Bring Sally Up"
