Happy Saturday. I hope you took the time to check out the Friday Fitness Challenge this week and to challenge yourself on the Taki Taki Core workout.
The workout for today is called an AMRAP 15. That means it is As Many Rounds As Possible for 15 minutes.
10 Push Ups
10 Squats
10 Jumping Jacks
10 Plank Thrusters
Complete all of the above exercises to complete a round. Have a timer running down from 15 minutes. Track how many rounds you get accomplished and what you had finished if you were working on a round. Then challenge friends, family, etc.
If you finished 5 rounds, 10 push ups, 10 squats, 10 jumping jacks and were working on your thrusters (and had finished five when time ran out). You would record your finish as 5 R, 10 PU, 10 SQ, 10 JJ, 5 TH
