Daily Workout - March 23

This one is an easy one. Find a path near your home, find a family member that you are isolating with, and go on a nice walk. Minimum of 30 minutes to whatever you would like.
The fresh air will be incredible, the sky is a beautiful shade of blue and it's supposed to be cold again tomorrow. Take advantage of it while you can.
My last few days.
Saturday - 30 minutes
Sunday - 1 hour, 30 minutes
Monday - 1 hour, 15 minutes
