Find a jug of anything (milk, juice, water, detergent, etc)


3 Rounds of 20 Repetitions of each exercise

Goblet Squat

Biceps Curls (Single Arm)

Lunger

Shoulder Press

Bent Over Single Arm Row

Finish with 50 Jumping Jacks and 50 Half Jacks
