- Burpee with a plank jack, push up and jump to feet.
Octopus Kicks
-Laying on your back, extend legs and scissor legs four times up and four times down, that's one.
Monster Maker
- Bench dip position. Jump feet in and then out again, jump feet to either side (like a jumping jack) and then complete a bench dip. That's one rep.
