Thruster Burpees
3 Rounds of 10 Repetitions with a pair of light dumbbells or alternative weight.
Thruster Burpee - Hold a pair of dumbbells. Jump off the ground. Drop chest to ground in a prone position, Push up from prone position into squat position. Stand out of squat while pressing dumbbells over your head. One repetition completed.
